新西兰最大的零中介费留学服务机构——新西兰教育联盟金牌留学顾问徐闻杰老师介绍，新西兰的NCEA教育体制下，学生和学校都有很大的自由度来排课和选课，许多学校开出厨师，咖啡制作等特色课程。但是，只有修读新西兰大学认可的科目，才能获得进入大学的学分，而厨师等课程是不被大学承认。
