新西兰最大的留学服务机构——新西兰教育联盟金牌留学专家李艳玲老师介绍，新西兰大学一般提供 diploma， bachelor degree，graduate diploma， postgraduate diploma， master degree和PhD六个级别的学历。
Diploma （文凭学历）：5-6级学历，1-2年。适合国内高中生申请，相当于国内的大专学历。完成两年的diploma课程可以获得一年的开放工签。
雅思要求：5-5.5
bachelor degree （学士学位）：7级学历，3-4年。适合国内高中生，大专生和大学在读学生申请。完成该课程可以获得一年的开放工签。
雅思要求：6分，个别专业要求7分
Graduate Diploma （学士后文凭）： 7级学历，一年。一般要求有本科学位，个别专业接收专科学历毕业生。
大多数GD课程不要求申请人的专业背景，允许跨专业就读。并且完成一年课程就可以获得开放工签，也可以选择继续读研究生和硕士课程
雅思要求：6分-6.5分
Postgraduate Diploma （研究生文凭）：8级学历，一年，一般要求有本科学位。PGD课程可以看成是两年master学位课程的第一年，完成PGD一样可以有开放工签，也可以选择再读一年完成master degree。
雅思要求：6.5分，单项不低于6
Master degree （硕士学位）：1-2年，要去有本科学位或者PGD 文凭。就读新西兰的硕士课程可以为配偶申请配偶工签，配偶在新西兰可以全职工作。
雅思要求：6.5分，单项不低于6
