虽然天气不算太好，但从这个周末开始，大规模的圣诞庆祝活动就要在新西兰各地陆续展开。未来一个月，这个南半球岛国即将迎来热辣辣的圣诞节。
据新西兰教育联盟金牌留学顾问李艳玲老师获悉，11月30日星期天下午2点，奥克兰将会举行一年一度的圣诞大巡游。根据计划，游行队伍将从市中心Cook St和Mayoral Dr交界处出发，沿着Queen St向海边行进，在Customs St向南折返Albert St，行至Wellesley St结束，全程2.2公里。
如果天公不作美下大雨，那么奥克兰的圣诞大巡游将会顺延一周，在12月7日下午举行。
基督城的朋友，则可以在12月7日下午迎来今年的圣诞大巡游。这次巡游的起点是Wharenui Rd和Riccarton Rd交界，终点是Mandevill St和Riccarton Rd的交界，起始和结束的时间预计是下午2点到3点15分。如果下雨，则顺延一周到12月14日。
首都惠灵顿的巡游安排在12月14日下午2点，在Lambton Quay和Balance St交界开始，Manners St为终点。从上午7点开始到下午4点，相关路段会有停车限制。同一天，汉密尔顿也将举行圣诞大巡游。
新西兰各地圣诞大巡游的具体时间和路线安排：
Saturday, November 29
Downtown Tauranga – Starts 11am, heading down 2nd Avenue at the Devonport Rd end, turns into The Strand and ends at the bottom of Harrington St.
Sunday, November 30
Auckland – The Farmers Santa Parade starts 2pm on the corner of Cook St and Mayoral Dr, travels down Queen St and ends at Albert and Wellesley St. If it rains, the event will be delayed to Sunday, December 7.
Saturday December 6
Blenheim – Starts 5pm on the corner of Queen and Charles St, ends approx. 5:45pm.
Taupo – Starts 1pm, travelling along Lake Tce and down Tongariro St, ending at Tongariro Domain.
Rotorua – Starts midday on Rangiuru St, weaving its way through Arawa, Tutanekai, Pukuatua, Amohia and Eruera Streets, down Fenton St and ends on the Village Green at the lakefront.
Gisborne – Starts at 4pm on Gladstone Rd, turning onto Reads Quay.
Sunday December 7
Christchurch – The Christchurch Children‘s Christmas Parade Trust parade starts at 2pm on the corner of Wharenui and Riccarton Rds and ends at the corner of Mandevill St and Riccarton Rd at approximate 3:15pm. If it rains, the parade will be postponed to Sunday, December 14.
Dunedin – Starts 3pm on George St to Princes St South via the Octagon. The parade will be followed by a Christmas concert for children.
Cambridge – Starts at 2pm on Victoria St, turning onto Commerce St, then Duke St and ending back on Victoria St.
Nelson – Starts 1pm from the bottom of the Nelson Cathedral steps, down Trafalgar St and finishing at Trafalgar Park.
Sunday December 14
Wellington – Parade starts 2pm on the corner of Lambton Quay and Balance St, ending at Manners St. Please note parking restrictions will be in place from 7am to 4pm.
Hamilton – Parade starts 2pm at the corner of Rostrevor and Anglesea St, ends at the corner of Anglesea and Knox St.
Rangiora – Starts midday at Victoria Park on Percival St.
Feilding – Starts 2pm at Manchester Square.
Gore – Starts midday on Main St, followed by a Christmas in the Park concert in the Gore Gardens.
